Buzzer

Support

The game-show buzzer for quiz nights, parties and classrooms.

Buzzer turns every phone into a game-show buzzer. Host a room and everyone buzzes in from their own phone, run a Quiz Night with built-in questions read aloud, keep score with Game Host, or play quick reflex games on your own.

If something is wrong, write to harikesh@nayroai.in. The Support button in the app's Settings fills in your app version and device for you.

Common questions

How do rooms work?
One person taps Host a room and gets a four-letter code. Everyone else opens Buzzer, taps Join room and types the code. The host reads a question and opens the buzzers; the first tap wins, judged to the millisecond. Joining is always free.
Can we play without internet?
Yes. In Rooms, switch to Nearby: phones in the same room connect directly over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The one-phone party games and the buzzer work offline too.
What is free and what is Plus?
Free gives you the classic buzzer, three hosted rooms a day for up to four players, Quick Draw and Fake Out three times a day, the Daily Challenge, and a couple of free tries of most other games every day. Plus unlocks every game and party mode without limits, rooms for 16 players, every sound and skin, and longer timers.
I paid but Plus is not unlocked.
Open Settings and tap “Restore purchases” while signed in with the Apple ID you bought with. If it still does not unlock, email us the date of the purchase.
Do I need an account?
No. Buzzer gives you a random nickname. There is nothing to sign up for.
A room says it is full, or I cannot host.
Free rooms hold four players; Plus rooms hold 16. You can keep two rooms open at once, and free hosting resets at midnight.
How do I cancel, or get a refund?
Cancel in your iPhone Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings and tap “Delete my data”. Your nickname, scores and progress are removed from our servers.
